Germany coach Joachim Low has insisted that his squad are "on fire for the World Cup" as Die Mannschaft prepare for next month's tournament in Russia.
Loew is aiming to lead the Germans to a fifth World Cup crown this summer, having guided his country to victory in the 2014 tournament in Brazil.
"I have a very good feeling," Low told reporters at the club's current training camp in Italy. "I don't know what will happen with this golden generation after the tournament.
"It's possible there will be a break-up. But all the players are on fire for the World Cup.
"I don't have to coax new craving or new enthusiasm from the players. The craving and ambition are still there, even among those who became world champions."
Low has held the German national reins since 2006, having been promoted from the country's position as assistant manager.
