Germany midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has revealed that he is feeling "quite confident" about his side's chances in tomorrow's World Cup final against Argentina.
The Germans go into the match at the Maracana on the back of a record-breaking semi-final victory over hosts Brazil that saw them race into a 5-0 lead within half an hour.
Die Mannschaft will be looking to become the first European side to win the World Cup on South American soil, and Schweinsteiger is feeling good ahead of tomorrow's showpiece event.
"I just have a good feeling about tomorrow. I'm quite confident for this final and really looking forward to it," Schweinsteiger told reporters.
"We're in top shape after the match against Brazil. We know we have the capacity to play good football. We just have to tap into our potential."
Germany are looking for their fourth World Cup crown and their first since Italia '90, when they beat Argentina in the final.
