Libya and Ghana will meet for the second time in this year's African Nations Championship in Saturday's final in Cape Town.
In their group match in the opening week of the tournament, Yahaya Mohammed gave Ghana the lead before Faisal Ali added a second-half penalty.
Libya needed extra time and penalties to get past Zimbabwe in the semi-finals, while the Black Stars progressed in the same manner against Nigeria.
The Libyans will be hoping that Mohamed Abdaula will be able to reproduce the form in goal that saw him stop Zimbabwe in their shootout.
Libya, who had been due to host this event prior to political troubles in the country in 2012, have proved to be a strong attacking side in this tournament, having only failed to score in one of their five matches so far.
Their opponents will have to keep an eye on Abdelsalam Omar, who has three goals in this competition.
Meanwhile, this will be the second time that Ghana play in the final of the African Nations Championship, having finished as runners-up to the Ivory Coast in 2009.
It has not been a goal-rich campaign for the second-highest ranked side in Africa, who are yet to score more than one goal in a game in the championship.
