Guingamp have avoided a major upset in the last 16 of the Coupe de France with a 3-1 win after extra time against fourth-tier outfit AS Yzeure.
Higher-ranked Guingamp got off to a decent start, going close to opening the scoring in the 10th minute when Christophe Mandanne threatened.
The rest of the first half went by with few chances before Yzeure were denied the lead 12 minutes into the second half when Guingamp keeper Mamadou Samassa made an instinctive save on the line.
Minutes later the hosts did score when forward Jawad El Hajri struck to put the underdogs in front.
Guingamp pushed for an equaliser in the closing stages, but it didn't look like they would find a way through as Mandanne struck the post.
However, Mandanne would come to the visitors' rescue with virtually the last kick of the 90 minutes to send the match into extra time.
Guingamp turned the game on its head with 97 minutes played when Mandanne found the net for the second time, and the away side sealed their progress soon after thanks to Jeremy Pied.
