Hannover have won their second Bundesliga match in a row thanks to a 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach, who themselves are now four without a win.
Neither side were able to grasp control of the early stages, with the first shot not coming until the 19th minute. When it arrived, Raffael headed a Juan Arango cross wide for the visitors.
Then it became an end-to-end game. First Leonardo Bittencourt tested Marc-Andre ter Stegen, before Patrick Herrmann drilled a shot straight at Ron-Robert Zieler.
Gladbach were having plenty of efforts, but they were mainly from distance as Arango struck wide from 25 yards.
In the second half the game came to life, and it was the hosts who got themselves in front. Artjoms Rudnevs headed in high from a Szabolcs Huszti cross, before his side started to get on top.
Huszti set up Mame Biram Diouf for an 82nd-minute header, but the points were not yet safe as Gladbach battled and pulled one back through Peniel Mlapa.
However, Diouf scored with a low finish in the last minute to confirm the victory.
