Hull City owners Assem and Ehab Allam have admitted that next season's Europa League commitment could put a strain on their bid to stay in the Premier League.
The club secured their place in the qualifying rounds of the tournament, despite losing 3-2 to Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
Assem has revealed that the club will need to strengthen the squad in order to cope with the tournament, but has told the Hull Daily Mail that it is a "nice problem to have".
Chief executive Ehab told the publication: "Europe is a massive thing. It is huge to get into Europe. It's really exciting, but you do find a lot of clubs who get into Europe do not perform in the league, so you do need to be careful.
"Although it is exciting to get into Europe, I think it's huge for the club to stay in the Premier League."
Hull's campaign in the Europa League next season will be the club's first ever venture into European competition.
