Curtis Davies has claimed that he wants to emulate Hull City manager Steve Bruce's success as a player.
Hull take on Sheffield United tomorrow for a place in the FA Cup final.
Bruce has a stellar record in the competition and Davies admits that they have spoken about it.
"It's all success with him," Davies told reporters. "The gaffer was joking around once and said 'I've never lost a semi-final and I don't think I've lost a final.'
"Then we had to remind him about the Everton final [which Manchester United lost in 1995]. He wasn't too happy but we admire what the gaffer has done as a man and as a player.
"We want to emulate the success he has had."
Hull face Sheffield United at Wembley at 4.07pm tomorrow.
