Hull City manager Steve Bruce has praised his side's determination after they were promoted to the Premier League.
The Tigers were held to a 2-2 draw by Championship champions Cardiff City at the KC Stadium, but the point was enough for Bruce's side to join the Welsh outfit in England's top division next season.
Speaking after the game to BBC Sport, Bruce hailed his side for their achievement.
"To win promotion without any strikers for three months is a remarkable testament to this squad," said Bruce.
"They might not be as naturally talented but they're a great bunch and they've got a huge desire which has took us where we wanted to be.
"It took guts for us, the players rolled their sleeves up and have put in a real shift."
The draw was enough to see Bruce's side through after Leeds United beat Watford to condemn the Hornets to the playoffs.
