Hull City defender Curtis Davies has claimed that he and his teammates must improve if they want to gain promotion to the Premier League.
The Tigers secured a spot in the Championship playoff final on Tuesday evening with a 3-2 aggregate win over Derby County.
Hull lost the second leg at the KC Stadium 2-0, but managed to progress thanks to their 3-0 triumph at Pride Park last weekend.
"We knew [Derby] were a threat," Davies told Sky Sports News. "Well take it anyway. We need to be much better than that if we want to go up.
"The goal isn't to go to Wembley, it isn't to have a day out, it's to get back to the Premier League so let's get it done."
Hull will face Sheffield Wednesday in the final at Wembley on May 28.
