Hull City striker Yannick Sagbo has received a £15,000 fine from the Football Association for comments that he made on Twitter.
The Ivory Coast international had previously admitted the charge, which relates to his posts on the social networking site that were in support of former West Bromwich Albion centre-forward Nicolas Anelka, who had been punished by the governing body over the quenelle gesture that he made back in December.
As well as the fine, the 26-year-old has also been "ordered to complete a compulsory education course".
Sagbo has the right to appeal the decision, as does the FA.
