Hull City goalkeeper Steve Harper has urged his teammates to be more clinical in front of goal as they battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
The Tigers remain just two points above the drop zone following Saturday's 2-0 defeat away to Southampton.
Having failed to make anything of the 19 chances that they created against the Saints, Harper believes that Hull must be sharper in the final third if they want to stay in the top flight.
"Everybody else's results are irrelevant if we do not start winning football matches," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "When we play in two weeks' time we may well be in the bottom three and that is when it really is now or never. There are some long days and a lot of hard work. We just need to start taking the chances that we created."
Hull continue their fight for survival on April 25 when they make the trip to in-form Crystal Palace.
