Hull City have thrashed Harrogate Town 5-0 in their pre-season friendly at Wetherby Road this evening.
George Boyd gave the visitors the lead following a dominant start to the match by the Tigers, firing a powerful strike past Phil Barnes in the hosts' goal.
Harrogate pushed hard for a quick equaliser, but were caught out by a quick break from Hull, allowing Robbie Brady to curl the ball into the corner to double their lead.
Academy striker Calaum Jahraldo-Martin continued his strong pre-season form to make it three for the Tigers early in the second half as Hull continued to have the majority of the possession.
Brady was involved again just six minutes later as he collected the ball from a Boyd pass before smashing the ball into the back of the net for his second of the night.
Boyd completed his own brace before the end of the match, drilling the ball into the far corner with a thunderous effort from the edge of the box to make it five for the visitors.
Hull only had half of their first team involved in the match, with the rest of the squad playing to a 1-1 draw against North Ferriby United.
