Hull City have announced that goalkeeper Callum Burton will be on loan at National League side Chesterfield until January.
The 22-year-old joined the Tigers from Shrewsbury Town just over 12 months ago and was a regular for the Under-23s side last season.
Chesterfield, meanwhile, suffered back-to-back relegations in their last two campaigns, dropping from League One into the top tier of non-league football.
"With David Marshall and George Long currently ahead of him in the senior pecking order, a loan move gives him the chance to play regular first team football," Hull confirmed in a statement.
Burton could be in line for his Spireites debut in Saturday's home game against Barnet.
