Inter Milan striker Diego Milito has admitted that he will have to make a decision on his future in the summer.
The 34-year-old, whose contract at the club expires at the end of the season, has been struggling with injuries over the past year.
Despite this, the Argentine forward hopes to make an impact at Inter before the season's close.
"I hope to be able to help the team in the next three months," he told Solo Inter. "When you are 34 years old, it's not easy to recover after being out of action for a year. I'll do my best for Inter on the pitch and then we'll see what will happen in June."
Milito has made 120 appearances for the Serie A giants, scoring 64 times.
