Inter Milan defender Walter Samuel has revealed that he will be leaving the club when his contract expires in the summer.
The 36-year-old has spent the past nine seasons at the Nerazzurri after joining the club from Real Madrid in 2005.
"I would just like to say thank you to everyone, starting with my family who has been close to me this whole time," Samuel told Inter Channel.
"Also [Massimo] Moratti, my teammates and all of the people who work here at Pinetina. I may have forgotten someone, but I hope to give thanks to all once the season ends.
"I've had a great run here, but I want to look for a new adventure now. My future? I wanted to remain focused until the end with Inter. I haven't made commitments to anyone yet. I'll look at my options on Monday and decide where I want to continue my journey."
Samuel has won five Serie A titles and the Champions League during his time at Inter.
