Brazilian defender Lucio is poised to move across Italy to sign for Serie A champions Juventus.
The veteran centre-back is currently a free agent, having being released by Inter Milan by mutual consent despite having two years left on his contract.
World Cup winner Lucio has been linked with a number of clubs since becoming a free agent, most notably with a return to Germany with Bayer Leverkusen.
Lucio, who has 105 international caps to his name, spent three seasons with Leverkusen before moving to Bayern Munich in 2004.
Leverkusen are believed to have decided against the move along with Fenerbahce due to the 34-year-old defender's wage demands.
Lucio is ready to stay at the top level with Juventus and join the Old Lady as they return to the Champions League this season.
