The official website of the Trinidad and Tobago international side has hinted that Carlos Edwards may have represented them for the last time.
The Ipswich Town defender featured in both of his nation's matches against Jamaica recently, which they won 3-0 on aggregate.
However, a statement has hinted that the 35-year-old has now decided to call time on his international career, along with Chris Birchall.
"T&T has now won the Caribbean Classico series with 1-0 and 2-0 results respectively and ended their 2013 campaign on a high note," it read. "It was also a farewell match for Port Vale's Christopher Birchall and also paid tribute to Carlos Edwards who has not officially retired but it seems as though head coach Stephen Hart is planning on rebuilding a team with younger troops."
Edwards has made 86 appearances for the Soca Warriors.
