Ipswich Town have reportedly reached advanced negotiations with Fulham regarding the loan of Ben Pringle.
It is believed that Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy was keen to sign the 26-year-old when he left Rotherham United in the summer, but he eventually opted to move to Craven Cottage.
However, Pringle has struggled to establish himself in West London since then, having made just 12 Championship starts.
According to the East Anglian Daily Times, the Tractor Boys have now renewed their interest, with a 93-day emergency loan deal close to completion.
Recent speculation has claimed that McCarthy is in the market for a left winger following an injury suffered by Ryan Fraser.
