Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has emerged as a doubt for Saturday's visit of Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The 31-year-old is due to play for the Ivory Coast on Wednesday in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against DR Congo.
He is expected to be back in England just 24 hours before City line up to face Spurs, leading to doubts over his participation, according to The Mirror.
Toure has scored two goals in 10 games for the Blues so far this season.
City are currently in second place in the Premier League table, five points behind leaders Chelsea.
