Juventus have confirmed that Paul Pogba will not be fit in time for Tuesday's visit of Real Madrid in their first-leg Champions League semi-final.
The French midfielder has failed to shrug off the thigh injury that saw him miss both legs against AS Monaco in the previous round, along with a number of Serie A outings.
"The MRI scan taken by Paul Pogba this afternoon revealed that the player has made further progress in his recovery from a torn thigh muscle," a club statement read.
"The player will undergo a personalised recovery regime before potentially returning with the group on Wednesday."
The second leg takes place in Madrid on May 13.
