Chile manager Jorge Sampaoli has said that Arturo Vidal again suffered fitness issues during his side's 3-0 win over Peru on Friday.
Vidal completed 90 minutes in the victory but felt pain in his right knee after the match.
The Juventus midfielder required surgery after damaging his meniscus towards the end of last season.
Sampaoli told reporters: "Vidal finished the game feeling knee pain. We'll see if we will have him available after assessing his condition."
The 27-year-old has made just three starts in Serie A this term.
