Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has claimed that his side are stronger than Serie A rivals Roma.
The two teams lead the way at the top of the table and will go head to head this evening in Turin.
"This is the battle between the strongest teams in Italy. Between the two? We are stronger," Bonucci told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"We have demonstrated that on the field in the last three years. But Roma have grown a lot, both technically and in terms of self-esteem. I expect a big challenge, in different ways than we've seen at home in recent years.
"It's too early to arrive at any particular conclusions. Securing the championship will still be a two-way battle. It's just between us and Rome. The rest of the group seems pretty far [back]."
Juventus have won their opening five league matches of the season.
