Former Juventus captain Fabio Cannavaro believes that Napoli striker Edinson Cavani would fit perfectly into Antonio Conte's team.
The Bianconeri made no secret of their desire to land a top-class striker during the summer transfer window, chasing the likes of Robin van Persie, Edin Dzeko and Fernando Llorente.
Napoli travel to Turin to face Juve after the international break, and Cannavaro said that their sought-after Uruguayan hitman would be an ideal signing.
"Juventus would be stellar with Cavani," Cannavaro told La Stampa. "He is the kind of top player that they were looking for in the summer.
"He works hard for the team, he doesn't leave any reference points and he scores goals. For a defender, he is an opponent that you don't see but feel."
Cannavaro enjoyed two spells with Juve between 2004 and 2010.
