Roma midfielder Alessandro Florenzi has suggested that Serie A rivals Juventus will be weaker following the departure of centre-back Leonardo Bonucci.
Bonucci, 30, recently completed a controversial move to AC Milan, and Florenzi has hinted that the Old Lady have now lost one of their key leaders.
"I think Juventus have been weakened by losing Bonucci, because he's a man of charisma and strong character who gave them so much," said Florenzi, according to La Stampa.
"They remain a formidable team, still the ones to beat, but taking away Bonucci would be like removing Daniele de Rossi from Roma."
Roma will take on Juventus in a friendly clash as part of the International Champions Cup on Sunday evening.
