Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco has said that tomorrow's clash with Napoli will not decide the fate of the Serie A title.
Both teams have enjoyed fantastic starts to the campaign and remain unbeaten after seven games.
The Bianconeri are just ahead of their rivals by virtue of a superior goal difference, but Giovinco has dismissed the notion that a win will determine who will be victorious come the end of the season.
The Italian international admitted that Partenopei are a "strong" team, but said that they do not scare the Juve dressing room.
"I don't know how a Napoli win could affect the Scudetto race, because I have not even taken that option into consideration," Giovinco told Tuttosport.
"Our victory wouldn't change anything either, as we would continue with the same approach. That's the way we work here, we keep our heads down and focused on the next target.
"Napoli are a strong side and there has to be a reason they are level on points with us. We respect them, but have no fear."
Giovinco rejoined Juve this summer.
