Paul Pogba's agent has slammed Juventus for dropping the striker from their squad to face Pescara on Saturday.
The 19-year-old was omitted from the team for the Bianconeri's Serie A clash after arriving late to training twice.
"Whoever decided to put this news out on the [Juventus official] website is evidently confused," Mino Raiola told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I hope it wasn't [coach Antonio] Conte's own decision, otherwise it means he is unable to deal with situations at this level.
"Paul is very disappointed with what happened, both for his lateness – despite good reasons – and for not being a part of the squad."
Raiola then explained why Pogba had been late to trainings.
"In the first instance of lateness he only received notification of the training session time late into the night," he said.
"In the second he had some appointments that the club itself had organised for him to go through some paperwork."
Pogba joined Juventus from Manchester United in the summer.
