Udinese vs. Monza (Saturday, 11.30am)

Udinese and Monza are battling for mid-table in Serie A going into Saturday's encounter at Dacia Arena.

The Little Zebras dropped to 11th after last week's 3-0 defeat by Bologna, while the Biancorossi somehow held on to 13th place despite losing to Lazio.

We say: Udinese 2-1 Monza

Goals should be a guarantee in this game, with Udinese scoring in all but one league game at the Friuli this season, while Monza have netted in five of their last six games on the road.

The Little Zebras should edge Saturday's meeting and extend the visitors' winless away run to three.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Fiorentina vs. Spezia (Saturday, 1.30pm)

Fiorentina are favourites to continue their outstanding Serie A form when they welcome relegation-threatened Spezia to Stadio Artemio Franchi on Saturday.

The in-form Viola got the better of Inter Milan last weekend, while this round's opponents could only manage a point against Salernitana.

We say: Fiorentina 3-1 Spezia

Italiano's troops are flying at the moment, and only a disastrous showing against Spezia would see them drop points in the league on their turf.

With Fiorentina winning four of their last four against the Aquilotti in the competition, this should become five successive victories against a struggling side.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Atalanta vs. Bologna (Saturday, 3.30pm)

Seeking a third straight win to keep themselves in the thick of Serie A's top-four race, Atalanta BC host mid-table Bologna on Saturday.

While the Bergamaschi have seen off two strugglers either side of the international break, their Rossoblu rivals beat Udinese last weekend to continue an impressive second half of the 2022-23 campaign.

We say: Atalanta BC 2-1 Bologna

Atalanta finally have a handful of strikers fit and nearing top form, so should score at least once against a team which has conceded at a rate of two goals per game when on the road; Bologna have been brilliant in Emilia-Romagna recently, but less impressive away from home.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Sampdoria vs. Cremonese (Saturday, 3.30pm)

Serie A's bottom two continue their desperate scrap for survival on Saturday, as Sampdoria host Cremonese at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Both teams are adrift of safety with 10 games left to go, and any side suffering defeat in Genoa will surely say goodbye to their place in the Italian top flight.

We say: Sampdoria 2-1 Cremonese

Deflated by their defeat in the Coppa Italia, Cremonese also tend to run out of steam during the closing stages of games, so will be vulnerable to an improving Sampdoria side on Saturday.

The visitors have conceded 12 goals to substitutes in Serie A this season - including two last time out - which is the most of any side throughout the league; Samp can therefore snatch a winner in a close-fought contest, to keep survival dreams alive.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Hellas Verona vs. Sassuolo (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Hellas Verona and Sassuolo are separated by six spots in the Serie A table before round 29's encounter at Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi on Saturday.

The relegation-threatened Mastiffs' winless run extended to six in the league after last weekend's defeat by Juventus, and the Neroverdi are unbeaten in five after Monday's draw with Torino.

We say: Hellas Verona 2-2 Sassuolo

Verona have netted in all but one of their last six games at the Bentegodi, while Sassuolo have scored at least two goals or more in three of their last five road encounters, going unbeaten in that time.

This could be a high-scoring score draw between the Mastiffs and the Neroverdi.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Torino vs. Roma (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Embroiled in the battle for a top-four finish, Roma enter their final 10 fixtures of the Serie A season when they visit mid-table Torino on Saturday.

While the Giallorossi also have the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final to prepare for, they cannot afford to slacken the pace in pursuit of Champions League qualification.

We say: Torino 0-1 Roma

The input of two tactically astute coaches is likely to result in a low-scoring game, with perhaps a single goal deciding the outcome. While the distraction of a European quarter-final looms large, Roma are back to full strength and boast more individual ability up front, so three more points could be coming their way.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Lazio vs. Juventus (Saturday, 7.45pm)

After a chaotic conclusion to their cup tie in midweek, Juventus will target a fourth straight league win on Saturday, when they visit second-placed Lazio in Rome.

While a draw from their controversial clash with Inter keeps hopes of Coppa Italia glory alive for the Bianconeri, they trail their weekend hosts by 11 points in the Serie A standings and must make up plenty of ground to snatch a top-four finish.

We say: Lazio 1-1 Juventus

As Juventus usually set up to avoid leaking goals and then strike on the break, and Lazio certainly know how to keep the back door shut, a low-scoring encounter should be expected in the Eternal City.

Leaving Stadio Olimpico with a point would represent a good result for Juve in normal times, but such is their deficit to the top four, a share of the spoils would leave them running out of time to close the gap.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.
