Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey could reportedly join Burnley on loan for the remainder of the season.
The Wales international has been told that he is free to leave the Old Lady during the January transfer window, and the midfielder is said to be determined to secure a return to the Premier League.
According to The Sun, Burnley are currently in discussions to sign the 31-year-old on loan, with the Clarets confident of being able to secure his signature despite his reported £400,000-a-week wages.
The report claims that Ramsey had hoped to join Crystal Palace, but the capital outfit are yet to make a move.
Newcastle United, West Ham United and Everton are also among the clubs to be linked with the Welshman, who has struggled with a number of injury problems during his time in Italy.
This season, the midfielder has only made five appearances for Juventus, with his last outing in Serie A coming at the end of September, having struggled with injury and COVID-19.
Ramsey previously played in the Premier League for Arsenal between 2008 and 2019, making 369 appearances for the Gunners before leaving on a free transfer. body check tags ::
