Rangers are reportedly set to turn down the chance to sign Aaron Ramsey on a permanent deal, with the midfielder to leave Juventus as a free agent in the summer.
The 31-year-old Wales international made the temporary switch from Turin to Glasgow in January, joining the Gers on loan until the end of the season.
However, Ramsey has endured a difficult start to life at Ibrox due to injury, featuring for just 94 minutes across four matches in all competitions, starting only once.
According to Calciomercato, Juventus are keen to offload Ramsey this summer and they will terminate his contract if they receive no suitable offers from other clubs, with Rangers currently unwilling to sign him permanently.
The report adds that Juve were prepared to cancel his deal in January before Rangers made a late swoop to sign him on loan on deadline day.
Ramsey, who will see his contract with the Serie A giants expire in June 2023, is believed to be one of the club's highest earners, pocketing around £400,000 per week, and the Welshman would be required to take a significant wage cut should he switch clubs next season.
