Genoa have reportedly had a bid for Sebastian Giovinco rejected by Juventus.
The Rossoblu submitted an offer to take him on loan until the end of the season, but Tuttosport claims that it was quickly turned down.
It is thought that Juventus are willing to let the 27-year-old leave, but only a on a permanent basis.
Giovinco has won 17 caps for the Italian national side.
