Spanish defender Javier Garrido has been granted a work permit to ply his trade in England.
As a result, the 27-year-old Lazio defender has now completed his loan move to Premier League side Norwich City.
Having gained international clearance, the full-back is now free to make his debut against Queens Park Rangers this weekend.
"Defender Javier Garrido has received international clearance and will be eligible for selection for Saturday's game versus QPR," read a post on Norwich's official Twitter page.
Garrido has previous Premier League experience, having spent three seasons with Manchester City up until 2010.
