Leeds United boss Garry Monk has revealed that he refused to watch his side's penalty shootout against Norwich City on Tuesday night.
After the EFL Cup tie ended 2-2 after extra time, the Yorkshire giants prevailed by a 3-2 scoreline as Marco Silvestri made three saves to deny the Canaries.
The 37-year-old told BBC Radio Leeds: "I didn't watch the penalties. I didn't watch them as a player either.
"I got told [goalkeeper] Marco Silvestri had made three very good saves but it's hard to single out one player after a night like that."
The Championship club will discover their quarter-final opponents when the draw is made on Wednesday evening.
