Leeds United manager Neil Warnock has applauded his side following their 3-0 victory over Southampton in the League Cup.
The Whites boss believes that his side played impressive football throughout the Elland Road showdown and should have won by more than three.
"I thought that right from the off we were at it. I wanted us to enjoy it because if all the games are like our draw with Charlton last week, I would be better off fishing," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.
"We played some good football tonight. In the second half, when it was 1-0, I said to my assistant Ronnie Jepson that extra time would kill us, because you thought Southampton would always have that chance.
"But we didn't sit back and we should have scored more goals."
Goals from Michael Tonge, El-Hadji Diouf and Luciano Becchio fired Leeds through to the fifth round of the competition, where they will be joined by two other non-Premier League sides.
