Leeds United and Derby County have both been charged by the Football Association for failing to control the behaviour of their players.
Leeds have been accused of surrounding match officials during their 2-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday in the Yorkshire derby on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Derby have been similarly fined for their actions during Saturday's game against Millwall, which ended 3-3 after Leeds fought back from 3-1 down.
Both clubs will have until Monday May 4 to respond to the charges.
