Leeds boss Simon Grayson has said that Andy O'Brien will never play for the club again after refusing to appear against Burnley yesterday.
The 32-year-old has been criticised by Whites fans recently and went to Grayson on Friday saying he no longer wanted to play for the club.
"It came as a shock, especially after I have backed him publicly and privately over the last few weeks," Grayson said.
"He won't play for this football club again as long as I am here."
The defender has made three Championship appearances for the sixth-placed club who went on to win at Turfmoor.
