Leeds United have reportedly drawn up a shortlist of managers to potentially replace current boss Marcelo Bielsa.

The Argentine, who has been in charge of the Whites since the summer of 2018, signed a one-year contract extension at the beginning of the season.

However, Football Insider claims there is a growing expectation at the club that the current campaign will be Bielsa's last at Elland Road.

As a result, director of football Victor Orta is now looking at potential candidates to replace Bielsa, should he depart when his deal expires in June 2022.

Bielsa's current spell at Leeds is the longest of his managerial career at club level, which began with boyhood club Newell's Old Boys in 1990.

The 66-year-old has seen his Whites side struggle in the Premier League this campaign, as they have only won three of their 14 matches and currently sit 16th in the table, five points above the relegation zone.
