Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has been rewarded with the Championship Manager of the Month award for November after his side went 11 games unbeaten in the league.
The Whites currently sit top of the table on goal difference after stringing together eight league wins in a row, including victories over Queens Park Rangers, Blackburn Rovers, Luton Town, Reading and Middlesbrough by an aggregate 11-2 scoreline last month.
"To recognise the manager is one way to recognise everybody who is helping the team and more than help, having some impact and influence on the team, but of course what's more important is the input of the players," said Bielsa.
"We know that every team has different periods in the competition when you are better and worse, but it's no coincidence [the award] comes at the moment of the competition when Leeds have a high impact."
Bielsa has been in the dugout at Elland Road for 18 months, winning 42 of his 74 games to date.
