Aston Villa and Leeds United are both reportedly interested in signing Millwall midfielder George Saville.
The 25-year-old played the full 90 minutes on Saturday as the London club surrendered a two-goal lead against Middlesbrough in their opening Championship encounter.
According to the Birmingham Mail, both Leeds and Villa have identified Saville as a potential target in a promotion push this season.
The newspaper says that while both clubs have already added to their squads ahead of this season, the two sides are willing to add more recruits to their ranks.
Saville moved to his current employers from Wolverhampton Wanderers for £500,000 last summer.
