Leeds United and Charlton Athletic have fought out a 1-1 draw in their Championship match this evening.
Chances were at a premium for much of the first half, but the hosts did manage to make a breakthrough in the 37th minute courtesy of David Norris's swivel and shot.
Charlton looked to respond immediately and almost did so as Cedric Evina attacked straight from kickoff, eventually teeing up Johnnie Jackson, but the midfielder's shot was disappointing.
The Addicks came even closer to grabbing an equaliser through Rob Hulse at the end of the first half, but his header from Salim Kerkar's corner came back off the crossbar.
They finally did draw back level at the start of the second period as Dorian Dervite unleashed a low effort from 25 yards out that beat Paddy Kenny.
Charlton pushed forward looking for a winner in the closing stages and forced Kenny into some fine saves, but the hosts held out to claim a point.
