Saint-Etienne have completed the signing of Max Gradel from Leeds United.
The Ivorian had been linked with a number of Premier League clubs this summer but has now signed a four-year contract with the Ligue 1 side.
"It was a difficult decision for me as Leeds has been a wonderful place to live and to play football," the 23-year-old told the club's website.
"However, I have made the decision based on my career development, and the opportunity to play at the highest level in France is too big an opportunity to turn down."
Saint-Etienne coach Christophe Galtier described Gradel as "very versatile" and "capable of play on all fronts of the attack".
