Watford boss Marco Silva is weighing up an offer for Leicester City striker Islam Slimani, according to a report.
The Algeria international has netted seven times in 23 Premier League games for the Foxes since joining in a club-record £30m deal last summer.
Slimani has lacked playing time since Craig Shakespeare took over from Claudio Ranieri in February, leading to suggestions that he may be offloaded if an adequate bid is tabled.
It is claimed by The Sun that, following the recent arrival of striker Kelechi Iheanacho at the King Power Stadium, Watford are to tempt Leicester into selling Slimani by making an opening offer.
Silva managed the 29-year-old at Sporting Lisbon, who have also been linked with a move for their former star.
