Kevin Nugent will take charge of Leyton Orient this weekend following Russell Slade's resignation from the club.
Slade is expected to be announced as the new head coach of Cardiff City within the next 24 hours, leaving Orient without a manager.
The League One club have today revealed that Nugent, who was assistant to Slade prior to his departure, will take over the hotseat for the meeting with Rochdale on Saturday.
Nugent will be assisted by Andy Edwards and Kevin Dearden for the game at Brisbane Road.
