Lille captain Rio Mavuba has told his teammates to stick together as they bid to get through a tough run of fixtures in the build up to the Christmas period.
Rene Girard's men are currently without a win in their last eight games across all competitions.
However, Mavuba has insisted that his team can overcome their current rough patch much like former strugglers Lyon have done in recent weeks.
"I think we can come through this run of games better off than we were before. At the moment I am not worried but we know it will be difficult," Mavuba told French newspaper L'Equipe.
"We need to find a solution. I hope this break will have done us some good because the last month and a half has been very difficult.
"Lots of teams go through spells like this but the way to come through it is by everyone at the club sticking together. Lyon are a perfect example - things were not going well for them but they turned it around."
Lille currently find themselves occupying 14th position in the Ligue 1 table.
