It is all to play for on matchday six of Group C, with Napoli taking on Liverpool at Anfield for what will be a make-or-break contest.
Carlo Ancelotti's side currently sit top of the group and simply have to avoid defeat to guarantee their progress into the last 16, while losing would also even be enough should Paris Saint-Germain be beaten by Red Star Belgrade.
There is also a scenario in which all three teams could end on nine points, and it would then be down to the scoreline at Anfield to determine who finishes in second between Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain.
Here, Sports Mole looks at how the Serie A outfit could line up for the contest.
Out: Vlad Chiriches (knee), Simone Verdi (ankle)
Doubtful: None
Napoli were able to rest some first-team players and still cruise to a 4-0 win over Frosinone at the weekend, meaning that changes are likely to be in the offing for this match.
Dries Mertens is one of those expected to return, although Arkadiusz Milik scored a brace at the weekend to give Ancelotti something to think about.
Piotr Zielinski was also on the scoresheet in that match and should retain his place on the left, while Jose Callejon, Mario Rui, Raul Albiol and David Ospina could return to the starting XI.
There were debuts for Amin Younes and Alex Meret at the weekend, while Faouzi Ghoulam got through 90 minutes in his first appearances since November 2017, but none of those are expected to start on Tuesday.
Kalidou Koulibaly, meanwhile, will come up against fellow African Player of the Year nominees Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
