Liverpool will be looking to secure a first-leg advantage when they travel to Real Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

The Reds have won their last three matches in all competitions without conceding, including a 3-0 success at Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday night.

Jurgen Klopp's side will now switch their attention to the Champions League, facing Los Blancos in Madrid on Tuesday before welcoming the Spanish champions to Anfield for the second leg on April 14.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the European contest with Zinedine Zidane's side.

Jordan Henderson

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has been on the sidelines since the end of February due to a groin injury, and it is currently unclear when the England international will be available for selection once again.

Joel Matip

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool revealed at the start of February that central defender Joel Matip will be out for the remainder of the season due to a serious ankle problem.

Joe Gomez

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Joe Gomez picked up a serious knee injury while away with England last November and has been on the sidelines since. The centre-back is making progress, but he is unlikely to play again this season.

Virgil van Dijk

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool have been without Virgil van Dijk since October due to a serious knee injury; the Netherlands international continues to make strides forward in his recovery, but it is unlikely that he will be able to figure for the first team before the end of the 2020-21 campaign.

Caoimhin Kelleher

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: April 6 (vs. Real Madrid)

Number two goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has been absent from the bench for recent matches because of an abdominal issue, and he remains a major doubt for the European contest with Madrid.

Divock Origi

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Muscular
Possible return date: April 6 (vs. Real Madrid)

Divock Origi was expected to make his return from a muscular problem against Arsenal on Saturday, but the attacker was not in the squad, and he remains a doubt for the clash with Zidane's side.

Liverpool have no players suspended for the clash with Los Blancos.
