Roma manager Eusebio Di Francesco has revealed that midfielder Diego Perotti is expected to miss around two weeks with a suspected sprained ankle.
The 29-year-old picked up the injury during the first leg of the Giallorossi's Champions League semi-final defeat to Liverpool on Tuesday night.
Kevin Strootman also sustained a knock at Anfield and is seen as a doubt for the return fixture in five days' time, with the Dutchman sitting out Saturday's meeting against Chievo.
Perotti netted a late penalty for the Italian side to just about keep the last-four tie alive, adding to Edin Dzeko's strike from four minutes beforehand to make it 5-2.
Roma are third in the Serie A standings ahead of their home match with Chievo, level on points with Lazio in fourth.
