Midfielder James Milner has praised the togetherness of Liverpool's squad as Jurgen Klopp contemplates rotation ahead of the fixture with Porto.
Having established a 5-0 advantage from the first leg in Portugal, Klopp is expected to make a number of alterations for the reverse fixture of the Champions league last-16 tie.
Milner is one player who could feature at Anfield on Tuesday night, and the Englishman has moved to credit the contributions of the younger members of the first team.
At a press conference, the 32-year-old told reporters: "The squad is very young. I'm 32 and there aren't many close to us.
"Trent [Alexander-Arnold] and Woody (Ben Woodburn) have been unbelievable both as players and men. Joe Gomez isn't exactly old either.
"We are a young squad and we are learning all the time. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile. If one player doesn't work then other teams pick up on it and pull out the press."
Milner has made 15 starts and 16 substitute outings in all competitions this season.
