Liverpool head into the Merseyside derby with Everton on the back of a dominant 5-0 victory over Watford on Wednesday night.

Jurgen Klopp's side have struggled for goals in recent weeks, but they impressed against the Hornets to maintain their one-point advantage at the top of the Premier League standings.

Sadio Mane netted twice in the game at Anfield, but Klopp will continue to demand more from the Senegal international in the coming weeks.

Mane has featured in encounters versus Everton for each of Southampton and Liverpool, with his first outing coming towards the back end of the 2014-15 campaign.

The wideman has netted a total of three goals in nine appearances, although the 26-year-old is yet to contribute an assist against Sunday's opponents.

Mane scored in three successive games in the space of just over a year between 2015 and 2016, but the attacker is without a strike in his last four appearances.
