Sports Mole rounds up Liverpool's injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with West Ham United on Wednesday.

Liverpool will be aiming to build on Sunday's 1-0 win against Manchester City when they host West Ham United at Anfield on Wednesday.

After drubbing Rangers 7-1 in the Champions League last week, the Reds appear to have turned a corner after putting in an almighty effort to inflict the reigning champions' first defeat of the season, with Mohamed Salah's magical turn and finish separating the two sides.

The Hammers, meanwhile, visit Anfield after drawing 1-1 away to Southampton on Sunday, with David Moyes's side requiring a win if they are to climb into the top half of the Premier League.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of the latest injury and suspension news for Liverpool ahead of their clash with West Ham on Wednesday.

Diogo Jota

Status: Out
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: Unknown

Diogo Jota was stretchered off deep into injury-time during the win against Man City on Sunday, with the early indications being that the Portugal forward faces a race against time to be fit for next month's World Cup having suffered a serious calf injury against Pep Guardiola's side.

Luis Diaz

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: December 26 (vs. Aston Villa)

Luis Diaz's existing knee injury, which was sustained against Arsenal last weekend, weakens Klopp's attacking options even further, with the Colombia winger ruled out of featuring for his club until after the World Cup.

Joel Matip

Status: Out
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: Unknown

Joel Matip was another casualty from the 3-2 defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, with the Cameroon defender suffering a calf strain before being replaced by Ibrahima Konate in the second half. It remains unclear when the 31-year-old will return.

Arthur Melo

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: Unknown

Arthur Melo, who is yet to feature in the Premier League since joining on loan from Juventus on transfer deadline day, is currently out with a thigh injury with no timescale provided on the midfielder's potential return.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: October 29 (vs. Leeds United)

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is yet to feature for Liverpool this season after suffering a serious hamstring injury in pre-season, but the England international is expected to return by the end of the month.

Naby Keita

Status: Out
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: October 29 (vs. Leeds United)

Naby Keita has been out since August with a thigh injury, but like Oxlade-Chamberlain, the 27-year-old is expected to be available towards the end of October.

Ibrahima Konate

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: October 26 (vs. Ajax)

Ibrahima Konate failed a late fitness test in the build-up to the weekend's action after suffering a minor muscle injury against Rangers last week, with Klopp revealing that he is likely to return to training next week.

LIVERPOOL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Liverpool have no players suspended for the match against West Ham United.
