Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah will reportedly travel to Spain on Tuesday to begin treatment on the dislocated shoulder he sustained during Saturday's Champions League final.
The 44-goal winger was forced off after just half an hour of the match in Kiev following a tangle with Sergio Ramos which saw him fall awkwardly and damage his shoulder.
The exact severity of the dislocation is still unknown, but Salah insists that he is still "confident" he will be fit in time to feature at this summer's World Cup, which gets underway on June 14.
Sky Sports News reports that he will travel out to Spain with Liverpool's medical staff to begin an intensive recovery regime tomorrow, in the hope that he will be fit to return in just over two weeks' time.
Salah has scored 33 goals in just 57 appearances for Egypt - including the goal which sealed their place at the World Cup - leaving him fourth on their list of all-time scorers.
